You bring the special occasion to us!

We have worked on creating the most intimate beautiful property surrounded by 100 year old trees. We sit on 5 acres with 2 being a flower farm. This location will not disappoint. At this time we are a outside venue.  No need to worry about a canopy as the trees provide lots of shade in the summer. We have had so many special events from birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, to office luncheons. Tables and chairs will be provided and a porta potty. We do have 20 x 40 canopy and for a extra fee that can be provided 24 hours in advance.

  •  Restroom 1 porta potty- Not wheelchair accessible, client will need to rent one if needed

  • Tables and chairs for approximately ________ guests (Simple White folding chairs along with 12-8 ft tables and 4-6' tables that booking party is responsible for set up and tear down)

  • Outside Barn room available for use

  •  5 gallon bucket of farm fresh flowers (approximately 65 to 70 stems in a bucket depending on the time of yr.)

  • Parking (no more than 100 guests)

  PLEASE NOTE: Event Insurance of $1 Million is required, please visit  

 

$300 non refundable cleaning deposit is required to hold your date. After your celebration and the property is clean that deposit will be returned. Only non refundable if you have a change of plans and book.

NOTE: When booking a wedding you have 2 hours the day before for rehearsal, the entire next day is yours and clean up needs to be all done by 10:00 am the next morning. I do not do back to back weddings so essentially the weekend is yours.
